Strengthening deep neck flexors: isometric for 5"x10 per set, 3 sets daily with 2min break between sets, every other day for 8 weeks
Strengthning rhomboid: isotonic with 5lb weight bilaterally, 10x/set, 3 sets daily with 2 min break between sets, every other day for 8 weeks
Stretch QL, erector spinae (L-spine): hold 30", 3x/day, every day for 6 weeks (LBP)
Strengthening abdominal mm: isotonic curl up, 10x/set, 3 sets daily with 2 min break between sets, every other day for 8 weeks (LBP, posture)
