Increase joint mobility: direct fascial, friction, myofascial release, rhythmic mobilization

Decrease resting muscle tension and muscle spasm, normalize neuromuscular tone: effleurage, petrissage, stripping, specific compression, myofascial release, direct fascial, rhythmic mobilization, rocking, shaking

Normalize muscle integrity and posture: crossfiber and longitudinal stroking, petrissage, stripping, specific compression, direct fascial, friction, myofascial release

Stretch UT, Lev scap, suboccipital mm: hold 30", 3x/day, every day for 6 weeks (Neck)

Strengthening deep neck flexors: isometric for 5"x10 per set, 3 sets daily with 2min break between sets, every other day for 8 weeks

Strengthning rhomboid: isotonic with 5lb weight bilaterally, 10x/set, 3 sets daily with 2 min break between sets, every other day for 8 weeks

Stretch QL, erector spinae (L-spine): hold 30", 3x/day, every day for 6 weeks (LBP)

Strengthening abdominal mm: isotonic curl up, 10x/set, 3 sets daily with 2 min break between sets, every other day for 8 weeks (LBP, posture)
